Friends of André Chouraqui

About the Association

The Association of Friends of André Chouraqui was established to preserve and make accessible the legacy of Nathan André Chouraqui. The Association promotes interfaith dialogue, preserves his writings and works, and organizes cultural and academic events.

Goals

André Chouraqui leaves us an exemplary body of work and message for the new century. His family and friends consider it their duty to disseminate and update his thought, his work, and his message of peace and reconciliation between peoples, cultures, and religions.

We invite you to join us, to support our association, to encourage its projects and to participate in its activities.

Our goal is to promote awareness and dissemination of the work and message of A. Chouraqui through:

  • Reissues, publications of previously unpublished works, and translations of his works (particularly into Hebrew)
  • Organizing conferences and writing academic papers
  • The production of films and documentaries
  • The creation and development of a liaison body: the website
  • The establishment and use of an archival collection
